Infertility: It was All In Her Soap

Good day,

It was in all her soap…

You see, I have made the most ridiculous request from women and at times when some of them read what I write, they are surprised to hear me make such request…

You see, on March 2nd, I began a new group… (Every single month, I start this group in order to reach many women as possible)

Then I ask anyone joining two questions….

1. Do you have infection?

2. Do you have fibroid or any other issue?

Now one of the women I asked these question told me she was a virgin and that it was her husband that deflowered her..

“But Coach, I really can’t tell why I can’t get pregnant after four years…”

“Relax!”

“So let me ask you what’s your daily routine like?” I said to her…

She listed a long list of things she usually do every morning… They were normal things, and I didn’t really see any problem there until she said, “even I usually wash my vagina with soap… I observe my hygiene…”

I shook my head in shock…

First, as a virgin, she would have friends…

Friends who would have taught her it was a no-no to ever wash your private with soap….

That aside, using a strong medicated soap, the kind that bleaches the skin is inviting infection to dine with you and infertility to be your neighbor…

I set her right and informed her why she should never use any kind of liquid aside water to wash her privates…

OK, soon enough her she stopped, days ago, she told me how her cycle has become regular and she wasn’t feeling that itch anymore…

Now this brings us to one singular assertion…

Imagine how many women have been killing their chances of getting pregnant!

You see, there are so many habits we engage in daily that we do not know have serious health implications…

Some of these habits we picked up from school, friends, peer group pressure, the media, self experiment and the rest of them..

I remember telling my first set that anything you put on your skin…

Either your face, body or anywhere else always have a way of finding its way down to our system…

One of the biggest battle many women fight is hormonal imbalance…

The only way to resolve this is to find out the cause of this imbalance…

Dehydration.

Nutritional deficiency.

Electromagnetic chaos.

Then what about use of chemical???

What most women neglect is the use of make-up…

As long as the word ‘organic’ is not written on that lipstick, eyeliner, foundation, powder etc, you name it…

If you apply it on your skin, be sure some of them will get into your system…

How, you may ask…

Do you sweat? If you do, then you will notice that we have pores that let’s your sweat out of your body…

You see, the only thing you should apply on your skin should be organic…

Some women have continually bash us when we make certain suggestion…

“No be wetin our grannies do wen dey take born us?”

30 years ago, we didn’t have Internet.

25 years ago, we didn’t have advanced cell phone…

25 years ago, there was nothing like installation of mast in our environment

30 years ago, most farmers planted their crops themselves, nothing like commercial farming…

Did my grandma caked her face with Mary Kay?

Did my grandpa place a laptop on his lap or a phone in his pockets?

As each year advances, we discover new technology, as we keep discovering new technologies, we keep having a way to damage our health…

Most people don’t want to go back to nature… But the few who did, have seen amazing benefits…

Some of them haven’t even taken drugs for a long time now…

Listen, you are special…

… Special because today you now know lots of things you might not have known before…

My tasks for you today…

Take a look at everything you apply on your skin..

If you can’t put it in your mouth, it shouldn’t be on your skin…

Have a great day today,
